How Oberfor Limited handles personal data collected through this website, under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

This site has no forms and collects nothing from visitors. It uses no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics and no cookies. The only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us by email.
To answer your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to administer the engagement. Nothing is used for marketing lists and nothing is sold.
Enquiries are held in our mailbox and retained for two years from the last contact, after which they are deleted. Engagement records are retained for the period required by Hong Kong law.
Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not transfer enquiry data to any other party.
You may ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@oberfor.org; we respond within 40 days, as the Ordinance requires.
